Z/Post, Inc.
warrants the original purchaser and not any other purchaser, or owner, that
it’s Z/Post (U.S. Patent Pending) Powder Coated Steel Fence Post is free from
defects in material and/or workmanship, including structural failure for a
period of thirty (30) years from the date of the original purchase.Structural Failure is defined as a permanent
bend in the post of more than 10%.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS
LIMITED WARRANTY
Certain items are
not covered under this Limited 30 year Warranty.These items include abnormal or improper use
or design, alteration of the fence post, abuse, air pollutants, improper
services or installation of said fence post, accident, an act of God, damaged
caused by flood or fire.This warranty
is void if used in harsh industrial environments. Damage from winds above the 73 mph cited is
not covered.The natural occurrence of
rust formation on the edges of the post is not warranted.
GENERAL CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
The amount of the
replacement cost will not include the price to install the fence post being
replaced under warranty.Delivery
charges, sales tax and any other charges incurred by Z/Post, Inc. for labor
and/or services will be for the consumer’s account.
There are no other
express warranties made.This limited
warranty is all inclusive to what Z/Post is offering against defects of its
product.Z/Post, Inc. does not authorize
any other person, third party or agent to make any other warranty of this
product without written permission from Z/Post, Inc.Z/Post, Inc. neither assumes nor authorizes
any other liability of obligation in connection with this product.
In no event shall
Z/Post, Inc. be liable for any consequential, special, or incidental damages
arising out of or in connection with the purchase or use of this product or for
any breach of warranty.This warranty
gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state
to state.
This warranty is
only applicable to Z/Posts installed within the United States.
